About Annual Miner Dash & Family Fitness Fiesta

Open to the entire community, the 16th Annual UTEP Miner Dash (5K Run/3K Walk) and Family Fitness Fiesta is organized by the Department of Kinesiology and brings awareness to the importance of a healthy lifestyle.

The 5K Run and 3K Walk routes traverse the beautiful UTEP campus with its distinctive Bhutanese-styled architecture. Runners and Walkers of all ages can participate.

Proceeds from the event exclusively benefit the ongoing student programs in the UTEP Department of Kinesiology.
