30th Annual Casey’s Kids 5K/Fun Run & KISD Family Health Expo
Casey’s Kids began with one simple act of compassion. Former Keller ISD counselor Janie Casey learned that a student was missing school because they did not have the clothing they needed. Determined to help, she found a way to provide clothing and essentials to students facing similar challenges.
In 1997, the Keller Council of PTAs embraced her vision, and what began as a response to one student’s need grew into a program that continues to support Keller ISD students with clothing, backpacks, school supplies, and other essentials.

We are so excited to be gearing up for the 30th Annual Casey’s Kids 5K/Fun Run & KISD Family Health Expo! Three decades later and the heart behind Casey’s Kids is still going strong. This special milestone is a celebration of the students, families, schools, volunteers, and community members who have helped carry Mrs. Casey’s mission forward. With your support, Casey’s Kids can continue making a meaningful difference for Keller ISD students for years to come.

The Casey’s Kids 5K is a Certified Course
Compton Time and Measure partnered with the Keller ISD Council of PTAs to certify the race route.

Awards & Medals Presentation: 10:30 AM
Bus transportation from Bear Creek Intermediate School begins at 6:45 AM.
We encourage participants to arrive early to allow plenty of time for bus transportation and check-in before their event.

Registrations received after January 14, 2027, are not guaranteed a T-shirt.
