Welcome to the J.L. Long Middle School 29th Annual Long Run 5K!

The event this year will be on Thursday, April 8, 2027. The 1K starts at 6 pm; the 5K starts at 6:30 pm.

The 29th Annual Long Run 5K starts and finishes at JL Long Middle School 6116 Reiger Ave, Dallas, TX 75214

The 29th Annual Long Run is the largest fundraiser sponsored by the J.L. Long Middle School PTA. Proceeds are critical to fund the J.L. Long Middle School PTA budget for items such as:

Educational and arts enrichment (school musical, college fair)
Campus remodeling and improvement
Student well-being and safety (walkie talkies, nurse clinic)
Student life and events (grade level dances, Buc Camp, 8th grade graduation)
Peace Pantry
Teacher wish list items and school supplies
And so much more!!
